Grand Pacific Health

The Challenge:

Grand Pacific Health (GPH) is a not-for-profit healthcare provider in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, offering services across primary care, mental health, aged care, and Aboriginal health. With over 26 hubs, GPH supports the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of diverse communities, particularly those at greater risk of disadvantage.

As part of my work experience with Key2creative, I was tasked with designing an Impact Report concept for Grand Pacific Health. The report needed to be visually engaging, maintain brand style consistency, and clearly communicate the organisation’s achievements, challenges, and strategic direction.

Please note that all client assets used in this concept are used for illustrative purposes only and do not represent final or approved client work.

The Solution:

The 32-page Impact Report concept successfully reflects GPH’s brand style and clearly communicates the organisation’s community impact to stakeholders. The page layouts are visually dynamic and use a clear hierarchy to guide readers through the content. Complex data is simplified into legible infographics to make key insights immediately understandable. Photographs of staff and community members are incorporated to humanise the report and connect readers to the people behind the services. Client pull-quotes are strategically placed to highlight authentic client experiences and reinforce trust.

Project Scope:
